Access THIS! Contest

1. How to Play and Win: Download Agave's SQml^TM-Web FREE 60 day evaluation copy from the SQml^TM-Web product page. We suggest you read the Installation Instructions and Developer's Guide . Build your coolest SQml^TM-Web application accessing as many databases as you desire and submit the URL to Agave Software Design, Inc. via e-mail at sqmlwebcontest@agave.com. The contest will begin on November 2, 1997 and end on December 31, 1997 at 12:00 midnight (Central time). All entries must be date and time stamped no later than 12:00 midnight (Central time) on December 31,1997. Between January 1st and January 20,1998, a panel of Agave Software Design, Inc., personnel will select the best Access THIS! entry. There will be one grand prize winner, and one or more honorable mention(s). The winner will be selected based on the following criteria: creativity and utilizing as many SQml^TM-Web features as possible.
   
   
2. Details: The winner will be posted on January 20, 1998, no later than 5:00 PM (Central time) on the Agave web site. The first 50 entries will receive an Agave Software Design, Inc. T-shirt. All entries will receive a coupon for $200 off the purchase price of any Agave connectivity product. No cash or substitutes for prizes will be awarded. All contest submissions may be used by Agave Software Design, Inc., for promotional purposes. All entrants must e-mail a completed Contestant Registration Entry Form allowing Agave Software Design, Inc. to post their application on the www.agave.com web site during and after the contest. Entries must be received no later than midnight (Central time) December 31, 1997. Agave Software Design, Inc. is not responsible for illegible, damaged, lost, late or misdirected entries. No warranties, either expressed or implied, are given by the providers of this contest with respect to any prizes awarded. Any and all applicable local, state, federal and other taxes resulting from receipt of a prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Winners agree to all terms and conditions of the Access THIS! Contest.
   
   
3. Prizes: Grand Prize: One copy of SQml^TM-Web Enterprise, An Agave Software Design, Inc. T-shirt; A coupon worth $200 off any Agave Software Design, Inc. database connectivity tool. All entries will receive a coupon worth $200 off any Agave Software Design, Inc. database connectivity tool. The first fifty (50) entries will receive an Agave Software Design T-shirt and a coupon worth $200 off any Agave Software Design Inc. database connectivity tool.
   
   
4. Eligibility: Contestants must complete and return the Contest Registration Entry Form to be eligible for prizes. This contest is open to all Internet users except employees of Agave Software Design, Inc. and their immediate families, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, suppliers and manufacturers of promotional materials. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. No substitution or transfer of prizes. Grand prize won by minors will be awarded to their legal guardian.
   
   
5. Winners List: The Grand prize winner will be posted on the Agave Software Design, Inc., web site, http://www.agave.com. Winners of the contest will be announced and posted by 5:00 p.m. (Central time) January 20,1998.
