CASETA IS AWARDED CENTRAL TEXAS REGIONAL MOBILITY AUTHORITY (CTRMA) TOLL INTEGRATION AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES $23M CONTRACT

CASETA TECHNOLOGIES, INC., April 27, 2005 - At a meeting of the CTRMA Board of Directors, it was announced that Caseta will enter into contract negotiations for CTRMA's Toll Integration and Maintenance Services. Phase I of the project will be to provide a comprehensive Toll Collection solution on the US 183A road currently under construction. Future phases of the project will include additional roads in and around the Austin area.

Caseta at-a-glance: Founded in 1995 by Glenn Deitiker, Caseta Technologies has delivered Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) systems and RFID Technology Solutions for over 10 years. Caseta's staff is comprised of team members who have designed, developed and delivered the in-lane and plaza / host systems for some of the most audit intensive Authorities, including MTA Bridges & Tunnels New York, the largest toll authority in the world. The MTA B&T system currently sustains over 160 million transactions annually and collects over $1.4 Billion in revenues.

CTRMA at-a-glance: The mission of the Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority is to expeditiously provide innovative regional solutions to congestion problems while enhancing the economic vitality and quality of life in the Central Texas Region. Regional Mobility Authorities were created by Senate Bill 342 and overwhelmingly approved by Texas voters in 2001. The CTRMA, the first of its kind in Texas, began operating in January 2003 to develop critically needed transportation and mobility infrastructure projects in Travis and Williamson Counties

The CTRMA is made up of local Travis and Williamson county citizens with deep roots in our community and a commitment to improving the quality of life in the region. They are all unpaid volunteers.
